Hortus Sorrento is a gourmet restaurant that celebrates all kinds of flavors, from exquisite meat and fish from the coast to a wide range of delicious vegetarian and vegan options, ensuring something special for everyone at every taste.

A seasonal menu is offered, providing guests with the option to choose from an à la carte selection or indulge in a daily-changing tasting menu, curated by the chef. To fully immerse in the complete culinary experience, a minimum of 3 courses is requested when selecting from our à la carte menu. Each dish is inspired by the seasonality of the freshest ingredients available, ensuring a unique and ever-evolving culinary experience that reflects the natural rhythms of the region.

Domenico Tulliano, born and raised surrounded by nature, developed a deep connection with food and cooking from a young age. In fact, as a child, he spent his time helping his grandmother in the kitchen, using fresh and genuine products directly from the garden tended by his grandfather, a farmer. It was there that his passion for cooking was born: his love for fresh, seasonal ingredients, which became the foundation of his culinary philosophy.

Villa Zagara Sorrento is a hidden gem, offering an idyllic and peaceful retreat that sets the perfect stage for Hortus Sorrento restaurant. Surrounded by lush gardens, guests can immerse themselves in the melody of birdsong as they dine, watch vibrant butterflies dance among the flowers, and lose themselves in the ever-shifting colors of the blooms that embrace the villa. It’s a sensory journey where nature and luxury harmoniously come together, creating an unforgettable experience.

At Hortus Sorrento guests can choose between the tasting menu, thoughtfully crafted by the chef each day for the entire table, or the à la carte menu, with a minimum of 3 courses to guarantee a complete and immersive experience.
