Hortus Sorrento is a gourmet restaurant that celebrates all kinds of flavors, from exquisite meat and fish from the coast to a wide range of delicious vegetarian and vegan options, ensuring something special for everyone at every taste.

A seasonal menu is offered, providing guests with the option to choose from an à la carte selection or indulge in a daily-changing tasting menu, curated by the chef. To fully immerse in the complete culinary experience, a minimum of 3 courses is requested when selecting from our à la carte menu. Each dish is inspired by the seasonality of the freshest ingredients available, ensuring a unique and ever-evolving culinary experience that reflects the natural rhythms of the region.

The “Ariadne’s thread” that enhances the flavors of the Mediterranean in the cuisine of Hortus Sorrento is represented by the use of their olive oil, produced from century-old olive trees through generations of dedication and expertise. Every dish is enriched by the unique taste of their Monovarietal Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Minucciola. This exceptional oil has won the prestigious Golden Lion (Lake Garda), Evoo 2023 (Palmi), and the Mesopotamia award in Anatolia, Turkey, in 2024, where it received the highest absolute score and was named one of the best gourmet olive oils in the world by the AVPA in Paris.
